Creamy Vegan Cauliflower Soup – Simple and Quick Recipe
Autumn's in the Air and and days become shorter and colder. This cauliflower vegan soup helps to warm up in the cold evenings
- 250 gr. cauliflower
- 250 ml. almond milk
- pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, dried ginger and turmeric
- pinch of salt and curry
Wash cauliflower, cut in small pieces and boil in water for about 7-10 minutes
Put the almond milk in blender cup, add all spices and salt, but cauliflower (without water) and mix until smooth.
