Hi there! We’re Olga and Alex, the Pimp My Salad founders.

Our story starts when we stepped on a plane to travel the world, a journey that taught us so much about how to eat well, stay healthy and love life — and brought us to our new home here in Australia.

Inspired by the natural food scene, we experimented with quick, fun ways to keep our own healthy cooking exciting, dreaming up new ways to pimp our salads, soups and snacks — and before we knew it Pimp My Salad was born.

Driven by a desire to help as many people as possible to live healthy, joyful lives, we traded our careers in medical biology (Olga) and software design (Alex) for the adventure of growing Pimp My Salad.

We hope our products make eating healthy feel like

We’re located in vibrant Byron Bay, where slowing down to enjoy delicious food and natural beauty beats the speed and chaos of city life. From the location we chose to the way we source ingredients, our pride in Australia is an important part of who we are.

Our staff could have chosen to work anywhere — but they’re with us because they want to make a difference. From seedling to plant to lovingly-packaged product, we find joy in creating and sharing extraordinary foods with the world.
