CHICKPEA "TUNA" SANDWICH
Ingredients:
• 1 (can chickpeas, drained)
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp hummus
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ¼ cup diced red onion
• ¼ cup diced celery
• ¼ cup diced pickle
• 1 tsp capers, chopped
• 1 tbsp nooch
• 1 tbsp Sea Superfoods
Instructions:
1. Mash chickpeas in a mixing bowl, leaving some chunky for texture.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix, adjust seasonings according to taste.
3. Add a big scoop to a sandwich (toast bread if desired) with choice of salads and sprinkle more Sea Superfoods. Enjoy!
