Ingredients
1 block (14 oz or 400g) firm or extra-firm tofu, drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Seasonings of your choice (e.g., turmeric, cumin, paprika, black pepper)

Instructions
Prepare the Tofu:
Drain the tofu and pat it dry with paper towels.
Crumble the tofu into small pieces resembling scrambled eggs.
Season the Tofu:
In a bowl, combine the crumbled tofu with salt and your preferred seasonings.
Mix well to evenly coat the tofu.
Fry the Tofu:
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the seasoned tofu to the pan.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly golden.
Top with Hemp and Cashew Vegan Cheeses and serve hot!
