Vegan Baked Feta Pasta | Cashew Parmesan

VEGAN BAKED FETA PASTA

 

Ingredients

Serves 3-4

• 200g block vegan feta

• 250g vine tomatoes 

• 3 cloves garlic 

• Drizzle of olive oil

• Chili flakes 

• 300g pasta shapes 

• Chopped spinach 

• Salt & pepper

Cashew Parmesan

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180C. Add feta, tomatoes, garlic, oil and chilli flakes to an ovenproof dish. Bake for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, cook your pasta!

3. Remove dish from the oven, stir in drained pasta & season well.
